Nowak was one of the five new signings made by Greg Young as he was announced permanent Rossington Main manager in October 2024. Nowak came through the youth system at the Park Steels, grabbing many of the fan's attentions with his impressive performances in the under-18 side, he soon moved up to feature for the reserves before signing for the first-team in the summer of 2023.
