Rosso return home for the second time this week as Greg Young’s side are ready to host Northern Counties East League play-off chasing Campion to Oxford Street.
Doncaster’s highest ranked Non-League side return to Oxford Street following an agonisingly late 1-2 defeat at home to high-flying Hallam on Tuesday evening.
The Red & Blacks from the West Riding make the trip to Doncaster off the back of a 0-3 defeat at home to Pickering at the weekend and after a West Riding County Cup quarter final 3-1 victory against Tadcaster Albion.
This fixture has proved to always be an entertaining spectacle in recent years as this match will be the pair’s fourth meeting in the NCEL Premier after they were promoted together from the NCEL Division One during the 2022/23 campaign. Last March, Rosso put an end to a winless run against Campion as Rosso defeated The Red & Blacks convincingly with a 4-1 scoreline at Oxford Street of which, included a Liam King halfway-line goal of the season.
