Rossington Main return to Northern Counties East League Premier action this Saturday following a midweek NCEL JCP Construction Cup 3-1 victory at home to Selby Town.
Rosso are back at the Kalkut’s Community Stadium once more following a league cup showdown against The Robins under the lights on Tuesday evening. Greg Young’s side will be looking to lift out of the bottom two despite having mostly three games in hand around most of the teams around them.
The Eagles who at the start of the season moved into their new home Cougar Park as part of a ground share agreement with Rugby League side Keighley Cougars will make the trip to Doncaster’s highest ranked Non-League side with a steady start to the 2025/26 campaign under their belt in which they currently sit 11th in the table.
With a few cup matches piling up and playing a part to a tricky start points wise to Rosso’s season beginning, Greg Young’s side will be hoping to either match or go one further after Rosso claimed four out of possible six points against Eccleshill in the NCEL Premier last season.
