Rossington Main return to the Kalkut’s Community Stadium on Saturday with ROSSO Issue #26 on sale as we welcome former Conference National side Frickley Athletic, with the return of National Non-League Day to Rossington for the first time in three years.

Following an impressive previous week on the road, Rosso head into the fixture in good spirits after a crucial win away at fellow Northern Counties East League Premier strugglers Horbury Town, backed up by a superb point on their travels against play-off chasing Campion. With momentum building, Saturday presents the opportunity to make it three league games unbeaten.

This week’s front cover features joint first-team managers Ben Hunter and Greg Young, set against a green backdrop in support of the Non-League Day festivities. Inside, promising attacker Oliver Nowak is the player in spotlight as he continues to make his mark in DN11.

Joint manager Greg Young pens his first programme column since stepping into the role alongside Ben Hunter, providing supporters with an insight into the recent changes in the dugout, the direction of the squad and his assessment of performances in recent weeks.

Our visitors, Frickley Athletic, bring a rich Non-League history, having previously competed in the Conference National. This issue includes a look back at their journey through the pyramid as well as a closer look at their current setup ahead of Saturday’s clash.

Elsewhere in Issue #26, a special feature titled “Three Familiar Rosso Faces” highlights the connections between the two sides, taking a look at three former Rossington Main players now featuring in the Frickley Athletic squad.

As always, supporters can also enjoy a full match preview, updated squad pages, fixtures, results, club history, the kids’ corner, offers and much more.

Pre-purchase HERE to avoid missing out, or pick up your copy at the turnstiles on entry for just £3.
