10 questions for Rossington Mains finest

1. Previous Clubs? - Racing Montegnee (Belgium), Boston United, AFC Telford, Gainsborough Trinity, North Ferriby United, Ilkeston, Michigan Bucks (America), Matlock Town, Belper Town, Darwin Olympic (Australia).

2. Best player you played alongside? - Ian Ross at Boston United. Central midfielder, not quick but he always made himself time on the ball. Great feet and great range of passing. He had a technique where he could whip a ball with pace. Not many players have that in their locker.

3. Best player you have played against? - Ruben Loftus-Cheek. When i was at Ilkeston we played against him in a friendly. He was quick, powerful, great on the ball and we couldn't get near him. He had everything!

4. Club you support? - Born in Brum. Birmingham City.

5. Any superstitions or routines before a game? - Yes i have a couple. I always like to sit on the corner in a changing room. Which is a bit weird.
When i'm playing, i always like to chew gum and even leave one down my sock if i lose it out my mouth.

6. Best ground played at? - Hull City. Played in a cup final for North Ferriby and won 2-1.

7. Favourite player? - Eden Hazard

8. 1st game ever attended? - I've asked my old man and he's said Chester City at home. Which we won when i was 3.
But the 1st game i remember is the Worthington Cup semi final at St Andrews 2009 and we beat Ipswich in the 2nd leg 4-1 to play Liverpool in the final. We ended up losing on penalties.

9. Anything you wish you could improve in your game? - I can't improve anything really. I'm an unbelievable player. (haha)

10. Ambitions for this season? - With Ryan (Hindley) and his staff coming in i'd have to say top 10 is a must. He has brought in some good players now and we have players fighting for their shirt, which we haven't had down here for a few years. I think its the start of something good under Ryan and there's a lot of optimism and excitement around the place at the moment.
