Rosso face a tough trip to Bradford on Remembrance Saturday as Ben Hunter’s side will have to try bounce back the hard way against Campion.
Rossington make the trip to Manningham Mills following a narrow one-goal home defeat to Frickley Athletic last Saturday, a game in which it wasn’t Rosso’s afternoon in-front of goal.
Campion have started the season from where they left off last year as The Red & Blacks managed by Lee Ashforth currently sit in second place on goal difference in the Northern Counties East League Premier despite a 2-2 draw to Knaresborough Town last time out in the league.
This Saturday’s fixture will be the first time the champions and play-off winners of last season’s NCEL Division One come head-to-head at Non-League step 5. The Red & Blacks did complete the season double over Rosso last campaign winning 1-3 at Oxford Street and 1-0 at Scotchman Road.
Team News
More good news in terms of injuries for Rossington followed at the weekend as despite both not making an appearance, Brad Ronis was back from injury on the bench and long-term injured Jamie Green took part in the warm-up for the first-time. While there is a good chance Tyla Bell could make a return into the squad, this Saturday, there is no further update on when both Matthew Wilson and Niall Doran will be back to full fitness.

Last Time Out v Campion
In front of 115 spectators in Bradford, Patrick Sykes’ early goal for Campion proved to be the deciding factor despite Rossington coming ever so close to scoring on multiple occasions. The scoreline therefore ended 1-0 at Manningham Mills back on an extremely cold late-February afternoon.
