Stephen and his backroom team have done a fantastic job with a young group of players, raising standards and creating a more professional environment within the development setup. Squad numbers have increased significantly, and an environment has been built that continues to attract young, talented players to the football club. After a difficult period in the previous campaign, the turnaround this season has been outstanding.

He has also worked closely with the Men’s First Team throughout the season, supporting the pathway between both squads and strengthening the overall structure at the club.
